Refund Policy

At Nemokeigan, we strive to provide high-quality services. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to handling cancellations and refunds fairly and in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

1. ​Consumer Rights Under Australian Law

​Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or rescheduling in cases where:

  • The service provided is not as described or does not meet the agreed standards.

  • The course is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • There is a major failure in delivering the service.

 

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or decide not to attend the course. However, we offer rescheduling options under certain conditions.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations by You (Participant)

  • If you cancel 48 or more hours before the scheduled course date, you may request:

    • A full refund, OR

    • A credit to reschedule your session at no additional cost.

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the course date:

    • No refunds will be provided.

    • You may request a reschedule (subject to availability and an administrative fee).

 

2.2 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your booked course without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

 

2.3 Cancellations by us

If we cancel or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical issues, or venue-related concerns):

  • You will be offered a full refund, OR

  • The option to reschedule to another available session at no additional cost.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the approval date.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If payment was made via a third-party provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), their processing times may apply.

 

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may request to reschedule your course at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • A rescheduling fee may apply for requests made with less than 48 hours' notice.

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed if the course is fully booked.
