​Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or rescheduling in cases where:

The service provided is not as described or does not meet the agreed standards.

The course is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.

There is a major failure in delivering the service.
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or decide not to attend the course. However, we offer rescheduling options under certain conditions.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations by You (Participant)

If you cancel 48 or more hours before the scheduled course date, you may request:

A full refund, OR

A credit to reschedule your session at no additional cost.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the course date:

No refunds will be provided.

You may request a reschedule (subject to availability and an administrative fee).

2.2 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your booked course without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
2.3 Cancellations by us
If we cancel or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical issues, or venue-related concerns):

You will be offered a full refund, OR

The option to reschedule to another available session at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the approval date.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If payment was made via a third-party provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), their processing times may apply.
4. Rescheduling Policy

You may request to reschedule your course at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

A rescheduling fee may apply for requests made with less than 48 hours' notice.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed if the course is fully booked.
